I’m Not The Next Of Them

I’m hungry for more than food now, and that is a beautiful thing indeed.

Did You “Write It Down” Yet?

I keep getting questions/requests about when I’ll be making and publicizing another rap song.  Rest assured, mes amis, that it’s in the pipeline for sure, but I want “Write It Down” to get big before I invest the resources into making another song.  So, please, if you haven’t already done so, please share the song with everyone!  As I type this, according to Facebook, it has been shared 186 times on Facebook.  For those who don’t know, “Write It Down” is a parody of “Wipe Me Down” by incarcerated Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie set to a geography lesson, and most of the pictures in the ‘video’ are from yours truly.

A Random Shot For Your Viewing Pleasure

And what could be more random from yours truly than a KCS train in New Orleans?  Yes, I know, plenty, but I present it here nonetheless, hoping you’ll appreciate it.

How’s that, mes amis?  That’s the Baton Rouge Turn waiting for permission from East Bridge Tower to leave KCS’s New Orleans Yard and head to NOPB’s Cotton Warehouse Yard.  You Dutch folks in the audience might recognize the above picture from Kleurrijk beeld van de spoorwegen in de VS.  (That, of course, is somewhat of a joke, since, even if there are any Dutch among you, it’s highly unlikely you’ve seen the book.)

I had reason today to look back at pictures from around Pittsburg, Kansas, and they may be subjects of future posts.

Ink In My Veins

I’d write more, and there are plenty of words that are trying to force their way out of me, but I’m hungry and busy right now.  Anyway, I appreciate any help in getting “Write It Down” out to the masses!  Thanks.

Jimbaux
